Track Your Order
Every Aimarche parcel travels with a tracking number. We email it to you as soon as the box leaves us, which is normally within 0-1 business days of your order, and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. Paste the number below and we will send you straight to the carrier that is carrying it.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
What happens, in order
- Order confirmation. Sent right after checkout, with your order number on it.
- Shipping confirmation. Sent when the parcel is handed over, carrying the tracking number.
- Carrier updates. The carrier scans the parcel at each stop until it is delivered to your address.
If the tracking is not moving
A number can sit quiet for up to 24 hours before the first scan appears, and a parcel crossing the country on a weekend often looks stalled on a Sunday. Neither is a problem.
If several days pass with no new scan, or the tracking says delivered and nothing has arrived, email support@aimarche.com with your order number. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and keep you posted until it is resolved.
