About Us

Aimarche is a small Market Kitchen Goods shop working out of CINCINNATI, OH. We keep a short list on purpose. Rather than carry everything a kitchen could hold, we stock the handful of things a kitchen actually uses: the tool you reach for on a Tuesday, the container that finally fits the shelf, the brush that dries out instead of going sour.

The four aisles

• Cooking Utensils
• Food Storage
• Cups & Carafes
• Kitchen Care

Each aisle is short enough to read in one sitting. If something is listed here it is because it does one job properly, not because it filled a gap in a catalogue.

How a product earns its place

• It has to work. Materials that survive heat, water and a dishwasher cycle, and a handle you can hold with wet hands.
• It has to be described honestly. The dimensions, capacity and materials on a product page are the ones given for that item. Nothing is rounded up to sound better, and we would rather list one measurement than three adjectives.
• It has to be new. Every order leaves as brand new goods in their original packaging. We do not offer gift wrapping.
• It has to arrive. Free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states, no minimum order, and a tracking number emailed the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier.

When something goes wrong

Parcels get dropped and factories have off days. If an item reaches you with a manufacturing defect, damaged in transit, or is simply not the one you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will put it right. We pay the return shipping on approved returns, and the refund goes back to the payment method you used at checkout. Change-of-mind returns are the one thing we cannot take, so if you are unsure about a size or a material, ask us before you buy rather than after.
